Precious Outreach was established as a 501(c)(3) in 2014, however the ministry has been in existence since November 2009. Precious Outreach was birth out of the desire burning within Elder Sonia Rene Atkinson for God's people to be loved, respected and appreciated because of who they are to God. The ministry was initially called to began speaking life over women. Precious Outreach began having four major conferences a year, based on the four winds. As the conferences began to grow, God spoke and instructions were given to build people and thus the journey began.During the course of the year, Precious Outreach go out into the community to introduce Kingdom Principles through Bible studies, book studies and having various events. The events are structured to encourage men, women, boys and girls to receive who they are in Christ, to fellowship in love and to respect and honor all people. Precious Outreach also partner with other ministries to assist in accomplishing what God has called them to do in the community. As a ministry, Precious Outreach was selected to teach Women Issues at The Helen Wright Center each Wednesday night and provide dinner on Sunday every other month. Precious Outreach has also been selected to teach Bible Study to the women that are housed at the Raleigh Rescue Mission. As we continue to move forth in the assignments given to us by God, we are humbled and thankful God has entrusted Precious Outreach with the lives of His people.
